Today, we’re tackling a unique and challenging case involving a patient with chronic Dercum's Disease. This condition causes numerous painful lipomas, especially around the rib cage. Our approach involves aggressive liposuction using specialized cannulas to remove as many of these painful lipomas as possible. During this procedure, we anticipate removing 50-70 lipomas, providing significant pain relief.
