In this video, I head to the woods in the rain to get festive! After setting up a tarp shelter and adorning my day camp with fairy lights, I get to work making mulled wine and mince pies that I bake in my billy can on my Firebox stove I hope you enjoy the video and I hope you all have a wonderful festive season! Recipes: Mince pies (makes 12) 350g plain flour (sifted) 100g caster sugar pinch of salt 100g butter (cubed and cold) 1 egg Mince meat filling Rub the butter into the dry pastry ingredients until you have a consistency like breadcrumbs, mix in the egg.
