[3DO] Captain Quazar - Mission 1 in Two-Player Co-Op Mode (The Desert World). Meet Captain Quazar - the best and the brightest (eh, well, let’s just say he’s the best) that the Intergalactic Police Squad has to offer. In the role of Captain Quazar, you’ll brandish weapons the size of the national debt and blow away terrorists, drug dealers, kingpins of organized crime — anyone that stands in the path of what’s right will be subjected to the wrath of the Captain. Captain Quazar’s partner is Lieutenant Pulzar, a vision in yellow stretch tights. You move through the criminal compounds together. You can’t hurt each other with your weapons, though (in Two-Player Easy Mode). You can bring Lieutenant Pulzar into an existing game (or remove him) at any time. However, once either character uses up his six lives (and any others he might have earned along the way), he disappears from the game, and cannot be reintroduced. The survivor will have to continue alone to complete the missions. Mission 1 Assignments: Hail From The Chief. The Police Chief has thoughtfully planned the attack on the galactic crimelords down to the last detail… well, sorta. There’s DOOBAH ZAPPEDHI running the spice mills on the Desert Planet of Krogg. Doobah is threatening to addict the galaxy to a heinous spice he’s manufacturing. If Doobah succeeds, the galaxy will be held hostage to his every diabolical whim! Destroy the cargo rockets before they spread his terrible spice all over the galaxy. Doobah’s spice is manufactured by two processing plants located in remote areas of the desert. Your objective is to find and destroy the processing machines at the heart of each plant in order to cripple Doobah’s manufacturing operations. Enemies of The Desert World: Spice Henchmen - Some are big and well-armed. Some are puny. Some you can't even see. And a few others have Orbiters - gadgets that fly around their heads, waiting to toast nearby targets with laser beams. Watch your step.
