About the Arrangement A fairly standard take on this upbeat tune. Stuck with common left-hand patterns (mostly jumps) but added subtle variations. My favorite part? The modulation from ♯F to G—since chromatic shifts are beyond my theory knowledge, I just slapped in a chromatic scale run. Surprisingly smooth! Timeline Notes: 00:00 Switched from block chords to arpeggios for a smoother intro. 00:22 Added a simple right-hand rhythm (later varied at 01:35). 00:30 Inspired by Pianeet’s high-register arrangement in Pop the Future. 01:06 Used my "long-note fillers" trick (from past arrangements)—but missed notes here (sad). Avoided repeating it post-modulation because: Predictability = boredom 01:09 Only the last triplet has ♮G for contrast (overusing it kills its impact). 01:26 Slowed down—as Animenz says, "slow down and breath." 01:42 Recreated the original countermelody… and flubbed it. 01:49 This arpeggio —— my heart. 01:55 Mentally required a glissando here.
