Pudukottai (Government) Museum is located in the town of Pudukkottai of Pudukkottai District. This is the second largest museum of Tamil Nadu after Government Museum, Chennai. The museum is in Thirukogarnam nearly 5 Kms from Pudukkottai. We could see the swords, paintings, handicrafts of metal, stone, ancient weapons, sculptures , the Skeleton of animals birds, snakes, clothes, wooden carvings, and a big dinosaur. It crawling and sounds every hour. Some children may get afraid of the sound.
