This permit specifically authorizes the creation of a five (5) lot subdivision on a 731 acre tract of land and the creation of a total of 48 residential dwelling units. -Lot 1 (12.34 acres) will host five (5) buildings with a total of 32 units (three townhouse-style buildings and two multi-family-style buildings) and associated infrastructure. -Lot 2 (1.05 acres) will host one (1) multi-family residential building with 16 residential dwelling units which will be accessed from a private driveway off of the Bolton Access Road. -Lot 3 (6.49 acres) will be a conservation lot where existing Nordic trails will be abandoned, and wetland mitigation activities will be applied. Development is prohibited on Lot 3. -Lot 4 (.82 acres) is the private road accessing the residential dwelling units on Lot 1. -Lot 5 (710.3 acres) is the remaining portion of the parent lot; no development is authorized on Lot 5 at this time. This permit specifically authorizes the construction of residential dwelling units and infrastructure on Lot 1, Lot 2, and Lot 4 of the subdivision. Development is prohibited on Lot 3 and Lot 5 of the approved subdivision. Lot 3 will be conserved; all development on this lot is prohibited moving forward. Proposed future development on Lot 5 will require a permit amendment.
