One year ago, I started this channel during one of the lowest points of my life. I had just left a coercive and controlling relationship. I had moved multiple times. I was exhausted, uncertain, and rebuilding everything from scratch. I started speaking on YouTube because I needed to tell the truth. What I didn’t expect was this. In this video, I share what I’ve learned after one year of speaking openly about narcissistic abuse, coercive control, trauma bonding, and healing — and how a recent accident (dislocating my knee just as I was about to celebrate this milestone) unexpectedly showed me how much has changed. For years, vulnerability was met with blame, humiliation, or control. This time, it was met with kindness and respect. This video is about growth, healing, community, and what happens when you keep walking across the bridge — even when it feels dark. If you’ve been here since the beginning, thank you. If you’re new, you are welcome here. Every one of us can hold up a light. 📖 Free Resources (Pay-What-You-Want) My resources are free to download, with an option to make a donation if you’d like to support the channel: 📕 E-book: How Could He?
