This is the first song performed at La:Sadie's two day live at Osaka amHALL, which is a small music venue located on the third floor in a business building in the direct heart of Osaka. This footage of the band showcases them play five songs, and this concert was the first night out of two on their sponsored tour final "残サレタ記憶ノ物語 初夜 (NokoSARETA Kioku NO Monogatari Shoya)". For those who attended both concerts two days in a row, 29th and 30th, attendees would be freely distributed the demo-tape, "・・・生命ノ罪・・・(Seimei NO Tsumi)". That particular tape only contained one track, which was of the same name, and was limited to 200 copies. This particular footage is quite interesting, because it comes not from a VHS (although originally it was), but it came from a DVD presumably released in 2007 during the wrap of Phantasmagoria's disbandment, in which there were many lucky bags being sold, it is assumed Kisaki included this DVD with those lucky bags. It's also worth mentioning, that this live has been posted many times before online, but usually it is referred to incorrectly as "La:Sadie's Last Live", which is an obvious mistake because in their last live they wore only black outfits. About La:Sadie's: (Taken from DEGWIKI) La:Sadie's was the direct predecessor of Dir En Grey. The band was formed in December 1995 by Kisaki and Kyo and made its live debut on January 14, 1996. After a very successful independent career and over 80 lives in one year of activity, La:Sadie's disbanded on January 15, 1997. The reason for the disbandment isn't known, but it's commonly believed that it came from a disagreement between Kisaki, who wanted to stay independent, and the rest of the band, who wanted to sign to a major label. The band name was supposed to mean "sadness" and their tagline was …腐乱ナ君ニ　愛シスギタ僕　月ト闇ガヒトツニナル瞬間… (…Furan na Kimi ni　Itoshi Sugita Boku　Tsuki to Yami Hitotsu ni Naru Shunkan…), which means "…The Rotten You　I Became Obsessed With　When the Moon and Darkness Become One…".
