Build commission from @stripedtee Keyboard: E-white/PC Mode65 with Mirror Ti weight PCB: Solderable Foam: n/a Plate: POM Half-plate Switches: OP Blacks (205g0) Springs: Stock (106) Film: Deskey (goated) Stabs: Durock - (holee modded by tristan + permatex/205g0 mix) Keycaps: GMK Frost Witch Here it is, Tristan's Mode65 he's been waiting on, this was a helluva fun board to build and type on. Before this, I thought I'd gotten over the whole "bounce/flex" hype thingy but I've seen the light. The iso-top mount + double flex cut PCB + POM half plate here gave this board a SUPER bouncy and flexy typing experience, the whole thing just goesss. It's super fun to type on but it doesn't sacrifice sound to achieve this, it still has a full sound instead of sounding overly dampened. The PC bottom isn't my cup of tea but it might be playing a part in preventing any kind of pinging or hollowness sounds that the alu or brass bottom may in other typing tests. Can't wait for my own GB boards to arrive now, I'm down to just my Bakeneko while I sell off stuff for cash.
