STAY INFORMED: https://blog.slingshotsports.com/ CONNECT with SLINGSHOT ACTION: here:   / slingshotfoil     / slingshotfoil   https://www.slingshotsports.com Transcribed from Video: Hi everybody it's Brandon and Wyatt from Slingshot Sports and we're here today to talk about the pfi 928 710 lower now this lower comes complete with 1928 pfi front wing one ps400 rear stabilizer one 710 fuse all the hardware required to put it together as well as some neoprene protective sleeves and a carrying case all of that comes complete with this package as a lower and we feel that this lower the pfi 928 is one of the easiest most progression friendly wing lowers in the whole line it's great for your entry level wing foiler it's great for wake surfing behind something that's not a super expensive boat you know we're talking micro wakes it's really great for learning to sup foil or prone foil surf i think all of those things come together because of its smooth forgiving lifting range and its safety focus build so why don't you tell us a little bit about some of the things here and we can uh yeah pfi 928 it does come from the legacy of the infinity wings but it's been slimmed down and tuned up compared to the infinity 99 which would be the similar size so it's got a tighter rake angle here which gives you more speed also the profile is thinner and the thickest point of the profile is moved back which stops pressure build up on the leading edge of the wing and helps it slip through the water faster it's also got elongated flat spots on the underside of the wing that give it more glide and get you more forward traction when you're pumping it's got the safety downturn wingtips which help with yaw and kind of help you set one rail to the other and of course they're really nice and safe but yeah this is definitely a progression focus wing it's the easiest wing to use it's the most forgiving you can ride the smallest wakes smallest bumps get going in the lightest wind on a wing yeah so with all those characteristics and it's super large 2 343 square centimeters of surface area we have a wing that provides stable smooth platform for lift and even the most marginal low wind conditions or for those people who are just learning how to hydrofoil and they need all the help that they can get to get up on hydrofoil i think this wing is hands down the wing that i would give to anybody that's a never ever and a lot of people who need just a smooth easy progressive ramp in their in their learning curve when learning all these new hydrofoil sports there it is pfi928 710 package
