I think this song and video accurately express the way I think he would feel things stand between Rey and himself. This song is spot on for how this character would view his post TLJ relationship with Rey. He doesn't hate her, but he probably does believe she hates him now. When he woke up alive in the throne room he thought that meant she cared about him... but when she slammed the door in his face he couldn't detect any compassion coming from her anymore. He will have had ample time to think things through by the start of The Rise of Skywalker and I believe that they'll both start angry with each other... him @ her because she promised him he wasn't alone and then left him after he killed the emperor of the Galaxy and after they'd fought so beautifully together against Snoke's guards... her @ him because he chose the throne over her, tried to kill everyone she cares about and has probably continued to conquer the Galaxy and hunt for her and her friends since they've last been together in the same physical place. I have no doubt these two idiots are in love and will have their fairytale ending. And like Grampa Ani, I look forward to seeing it with my own eyes. All Video is property of Disney & Lucasfilm.
