hi i know a lot of you have been waiting for this for quite a while since i previewed it like 2 and a half years ago but its out now yayy!! i hope youve come to expect me not to finish levels super fast based off how many of these descriptions have started off by saying something like "i started this like 5 years ago but only came back and finished it now" lol. i think i started this in like 2022 and i only previewed it when i did cuz i knew it would take a while to finish and i wanted to show it off. this is pretty much my only level so far (besides like icon breaker ig) that is not based off some old garbage and expirements or whatever and was just fully built to be a good level. this level started when i built a fish with portal for a mouth and was like "this would be a cool level" i was def thinking a lot at that time about wanting to make little characters and designs from more basic blocks and spikes and stuff you can interact with. the main goal of the level was pretty much for every single object including all portals, orbs, pads, etc to be fully incorporated into the decoration and used to further a specific theme. ive always mostly enjoyed and taken inspiration from older gd levels and this level probably epitomizes my interest in building like that. i never made any layout for this most of it was just made by coming up with a motif and then copy and pasting it throughout a part so some of the gameplay is kinda weird but i like how it turned out. i hope you guys enjoy playing it and like how it turned out overall as much as i do. thank you to everyone who really liked the preview or came to the building and verifying streams this level probably whouldve been in WIP purgotory for much longer without your enthusiasm :) uncut recording with clicks    • the ocean of fish uncut recording
