Here is a free routine using WingChun movements as a low-impact dynamic stretching warm up for the upper body. I tried to keep the movements in order of the forms from Siu Nim Tau, Tsum Kiu, Biu Ji, to Mok Yan Jang. I usually do 5 reps each side. The warm up can be used for martial arts, fitness, or just a light exercise to do in the morning to help with stiffness. I do this warm up myself before a fitness work out. Plus, I'm practicing my martial art at the same time! Keep in mind that I'm not keeping a formal stance as my focus is just the upper body. I even do the movements while casually walking. Also, I don't use lot of force as the aim is to warm up the upper body before a more rigorous work out. Finally, get what you want from it because I'm not strict with it myself. I don't do the full routine or in the exact order all of the time, so you might notice that I'm reading the next move off a board so that I don't forget.
