DIY LS SWAP ACCESSORY BRACKETS! ALL FOR UNDER $40

Instagram: westcoastwrenchin A few people have asked me about my DIY brackets, which I've got less than $40 into. In this video I give you a brief rundown on how they are made and installed. They are made from 1/2in aluminum plate and use heavy wall aluminum tube as standoffs. They are spaced to suit a truck style harmonic balancer. I'm using an ls3 car water pump with 3/4in spacers. They are not the prettiest, but work decent and were so cheap! In the future I'd like to make the alternator bracket more robust waterjet cut these out! My goal is to provide you with a new video every week or so. I'd love to hear your suggestions on what you'd like to see in future episodes. It is ugly and rainy right now so driving the car isn't a great option. Some of my friends have cool ls builds that I will share with you soon!
