I was taken back to the garden in Genesis and one of the things that God told me was that His plan in all that happened all the way to Jesus Christ was to bring us back to the the Garden, to Eden where there was unbroken and uninterrupted fellowship. A place where we lay naked before God and cut the pretense. A place where he consumes us with his fire that endlessly burns on the inside of us, daily refining and purifying us. A place where he pieces us back together so we don’t have to stay broken. A place where we can be still in the midst of the chaos. This is a call back to INTIMACY. Jesus is the cry of our hearts, nothing else. We want to see HIS Kingdom here so HE has to be our utmost desire before the stage, before the call, before the ministry, before the business, before anything else. He refines us and molds us into who we need to be not what we want or others want from us. Our relationship with Him serves as the foundation for everything else that comes after.
