This is the Champion gas power generator which is I think the best size for the average family living in a 3 bedroom house when there is a sustained power outage over several days. This will efficiently run all the critical comfort electronics like fridge, gas hot water heater electronic control, LED flood lights. Maybe even gas furnace electronics but did not test that. Engine is small enough that it does not use much gas at all. Ran it a whole day 8 hours on 2 gallons of gas.
