Brian's Caucasian odyssey continues in the former Soviet republic of Georgia, famed for its mystical legends, diverse geography and being the birthplace of wine, toasting and the European race. Brian's journey takes him through towering mountains, magnetic beaches and spectacular underground caverns, to the birthplace of infamous leaders and some of Christianity's holiest relics. Continuing along the Russian Military Highway, Brian arrives on the shores of a Soviet era reservoir, where he visits one of the most important landmarks in Georgian history. Next, he hops on a local bus to make the 5.5 hour journey across the country, to the former Soviet health resort town of Kobuleti, where he visits one of the strangest coastlines and bodies of water in the world.
