It was a great night tonight being a part of and celebrating all the progress the good folks at Phoenix District Tulsa! Activate Oklahoma and their Breaking Barriers program has been meeting with them three times a week for the past several weeks at Crossover Sports and Fitness. They are getting out there and being more physically active! They are at their halfway point now...still making and crushing their goals👊 but it was time to celebrate all the good progress they each have made so far! Kathy Bratton got them started out getting their stretches in before starting out for a walk/run. While they were out there getting the work done, my buddy Bryan Drummond was at the grill cooking up some hamburgers and hot dogs while Glenn Jones and mom, Kyle Miller got the fixins laid out and ready. Once everyone got back in, they fixed a good plate of food sit back and ate while I shared a little of my story and message with them. I always try and encourage others to try and find the good things that we all DO have in our lives and remember those things when life seems more challenging or harder...and use them when we view our lives. We can see that not everything is hard...there is good things there too and this free program that my friends with Activate Oklahoma share with our community IS A GOOD THING! Thankful for what they do and the many volunteers that come alongside helping to set up and help make this a success for everyone! Thankyou Betsy Kurle and Toni Cook! Great night with everyone! Always thankful!👊😊🙏 #findanotherway #activateoklahoma #phoenixdistrict #Crossovercommunitysportsandfitness #rollingwithseanlewis #good things #thankful
