This past summer I was able to achieve a dream of mine and drive solo across the United States from the Atlantic (Connecticut) to Pacific (Washington). 8 National Parks and 7500 miles. My goal was document the whole adventure, but between the stress of solo travel (as a female), living in the moment, and just fear of talking to a camera, it’s not as detailed as I had hoped it would be. Despite trying to document this trip as accurately as possible, there is so much that isn’t shown in this video: Like how absolutely terrified I was to start the long exhausting hours at the ranch the time I fell asleep at the wheel the freezing cold/sweaty hot nights the loneliness and long tiring drives… Lack of wifi/service All of it was SO worth it. There are also so many joys that I missed capturing: the huge support I received from the family and friends the friend who helped me with my car build and troubles the incredible people I met along the way friendships formed Highs of pursuing my dream Beauty of the mountains *can't ever capture it. I’m so serious, this world is so beautiful. I also didn’t even film my return journey. Anyway, I don't believe anyone can fully capture the beauty of this incredible country - so you guys will have to get out there and experience it for yourself. P.S I had a super cool built out Prius (named “Tank”) that you don’t really get to see in this video but trust me when I say it was super cool.
