He lost his parents at a very young age leaving behind him a lot of money and property. Hence, he does not even bother to work even after having an architectural degree. On the hand, Kajal (Ayesha Takia), is a person who is ambitious and does not believe in gaining benefits of inherited money and property and wants the same quality in her partner. Arjun, when comes in contact with Kajal, instantly falls in love with her. On knowing her further, he realizes that he is not the right person for her. He writes a love letter to her, but does not mention who it is for and asks for her response. Her response leaves Arjun devastated and leaves South Africa. Meanwhile, Kajal gets engaged to a young entrepreneur who built everything for himself. When Arjun is back he learns about Kajal's engagement. Whose love will see the faith of light?
