Slow side shuffle -to half court then switching the other way and continuing 7. Game speed side shuffle -switching at half court 8. Quick step karaoke- to half court then switching and going the other way- trying to get as many steps in as possible 9. Karaoke High Knee- going the entire length of the court(both ways) making sure your knee is coming straight up 10. Long Stride Karaoke- big long strides trying to get as few steps as possible and switching at half court 11. Backpedal/ turning and run- 50%,75% and game speed
