Positive Steps To Well Being Part 2 Welcome to part 2 of the Positive Steps To Well-Being series. Let's pick up with step 5.. ► Step 5 is help others! Get involved with a community project, a charity or simply help somebody that you already know. As well as benefiting others you'll be doing something worthwhile to help yourself feel better about yourself. ► Step 6 is relax! Make time for yourself and allow yourself just to chill out. Find something that suits you because different things work for different people. Breathe! Imagine a balloon in your belly inflating and deflating as you breathe in and out. ► Step 7 is eat healthily! Eat regularly and don't forget that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eat healthily in terms of fruits and vegetables are make sure you stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. ► Step 8 is balance sleep!
