FTV’s English news wins Excellent Journalism Award

The winners of the Excellent Journalism Awards were announced at a Taipei ceremony on Wednesday, and FTV won best daily news program for this show, Formosa News. In her acceptance speech, FTV Vice President Hu Wan-ling thanked the judges for recognizing an English-language program with no sponsorship and a limited Taiwan viewership. She said the FTV news team would continue on with its mission to present Taiwan to the world.
