Print out snellen charts and keep a distance where you see slightly blur. Do eye exercises and check for clarity change. DO NOT Fixate your focus but constantly shifting focus and see the clarity change. 2. Active Focus - when you are able to see letters less blurry after a natural blink (without squinting). This will last longer as your eye muscles get stronger and refractive error changes with intensive eye exercises and practice with peripheral vision. 3. Reduce prescription of your current glasses (refer to the link below) 4. Be outside in the sun especially between 8am to 11 am 5. Reduce screen time - small screen and small texts in closer than full arm's length damages further Caution: Sungazing is not safe. I've done more like peripheral sung gazing. Please wear proper sun protection ie) sunglasses, sun protection for your skin if you are under the sun.
