YouthWorks is a state-funded program in Massachusetts that provides young people between the ages of 14-25 the opportunity to acquire the skills and hands-on experience needed to find jobs, keep jobs, and begin career exploration. For participants between the ages of 18-25, Emerging Workforce provides an experience that meets them where they are. YouthWorks provides participants with soft skills through our Signal Success curriculum, work readiness support and training, offers opportunities to build leadership skills, mentorship and a paycheck.
