Delhi Riots | "History Will Remember It As Worst Communal Riots Since Partition"| Court Slams Police

Delhi witnessed one of the worst communal riots this country has ever faced in February 2020 in which nearly 50 people lost their lives. Even after almost 2 years, the victims' await justice. Court has been discharging accused one after the other and has called out Delhi Police for its "callous" probe. Karkardooma District Court Judge said that when history will look back at the worst communal riots since partition in Delhi, the 2020 riots will be remembered for the failure of police to conduct proper investigation by using latest scientific methods. We talked to some of the victims' who lost either some of their family member or their belongings in the 2020 riots. Later on, the police named them as accused in the case. The families recounted horror of the riots and shared the update on the investigation as well as the approach of Delhi police towards ensuring that justice is delivered.
