Jeff & Sarah strikes out to see the old settlement of Benton Hot Springs in Mono County where Paiute Indians first settled around the meadows and hot springs. Later gold and silver drew miners to the area in the1860s and 1870s. Jeff checks out the old General Store once occupied by Mr. Morrison who was killed in a shootout with escapees from the Nevada State Prison in Carson City.
