|ES| En este video se explica el tercer paso del proceso de creación de una orden en el sistema, el cual consiste en ingresar los inventarios de origen desde donde se retirarán las semillas, agregándolos a través de la opción “añadir por inventarios” mediante la búsqueda por código de barras o número de inventario previamente consultado; posteriormente se organizan las accesiones, se validan los requisitos para que sean deducibles (estado disponible, cantidad suficiente, unidad de distribución correcta y forma de distribución en semillas), se ajusta la cantidad a despachar si es necesario, se crean los inventarios de despacho según el tipo de pedido aplicando la política correspondiente (ID para distribuciones internas y externas, IBM o IVI para viabilidad, e ISN para sanidad), y finalmente se generan e imprimen las etiquetas en el formato adecuado para iniciar la preparación física y el empaque del material. |EN| In this video, the third step of the order creation process in the system is explained, which consists of entering the source inventories from which the seeds will be withdrawn by adding them through the “add by inventory” option using either barcode or inventory number previously obtained; the accessions are then organized, and requirements are validated to ensure they are deductible (available status, sufficient seed quantity, correct distribution unit, and seed distribution form), the dispatched quantity is adjusted if necessary, shipment inventories are created according to the order type by applying the appropriate policy (ID for internal and external distributions, IBM or IVI for viability tests, and ISN for phytosanitary requests), and finally, labels are generated and printed in the proper format to begin the physical preparation and packaging of the material.
