ADAMS knows its stuff! We are proud that we have been part of the initiative “Herne kann was” where big companies from Herne, who contribute to the economy of the city, are introduced. As a long-established firm in Herne, we are happy to give you a short insight into our welding, mechanics, assembly and technical department. English text, spoken by Martin Adams (Company owner): “ADAMS Armaturen GmbH has relocated in 1972 to Herne, only 12 years after my grandfather has founded the company in Bochum. Today, our family business owns other facilities in Switzerland and the USA as well as several agencies abroad worldwide. Since more than 60 years, we manufacture industrial valves with a diameter of up to 4 meters and weight up to 100 tons. The valves are especially designed in our technical department according to our customers’ requirements, due to which we are able to produce high quality products that operate reliable for decades. The broad product range covers valves for chemical plants, power generating, district heating, oil and gas industry, water supply and seawater desalination plants.”
