The nasal tip cartilage support tissue was reconstructed using rib cartilages. When viewed from the side, the tip of the nose is directed forward and slightly upwards; When viewed from the front, it is seen that the hollow area on the left nose wing has improved. At the same time, this operation was performed for the patient who was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, in order to normalize the air he took from the nose and to treat the nasal congestion.
