No dust. Just wet, black, nasty bales that nobody else knows what to do with. Watch the H1030 work through waste bales that would normally sit and rot because there's no good way to get them into a biogas station. Unprocessed, they don't digest properly, they clump together, and they settle at the bottom of the reactor. Sound familiar? Same problems cows have with unprocessed feed. That's not a coincidence. For 60 years we've been grinding hay to help cattle digest better. A biogas reactor works the same way. Four stomachs or a digester, the principle hasn't changed. It's just a modern application of the same idea. You'll notice the throughput is slower on this one. That comes down to three things: tractor horsepower, screen size, and humidity. When moisture is over 20%, production drops. That's just the reality of processing material this wet. But before the HayBuster showed up, there was nothing that could process these bales at all. Slow tonnes per hour beats zero tonnes per hour. Running here with a new Case 270 horsepower tractor and our biomass kit.
