The raid reaches its peak with the long-awaited, explosive confrontation against the cybernetic monstrosity, Adam Smasher. • Changes: Inside the digital realm of Mikoshi, Alt Cunningham separates V's psyche from Johnny's. She reveals the tragic cost: V's body has been irreparably damaged by the Relic. She presents the final choice: V can return to their body with only six months to live, or give the body to Johnny forever. In this playthrough, Johnny makes the ultimate sacrifice, choosing to cross the bridge beyond the Blackwall and giving V a second chance at life. • Path of Glory (The Sun Ending): V awakens alone in a luxurious new penthouse, having become a living legend—the sole survivor of the Arasaka raid and the new uncrowned queen of the Afterlife.
