🇲🇽 CIUDAD JUÁREZ, CHIHUAHUA - It's time to head back to Northern Mexico, starting with Ciudad Juárez in Chihuahua, a border city neighbouring El Paso, Texas in the USA! Is this the most underrated and misunderstood city in Mexico? As a foreigner, it's not common to see a fellow non-Mexicans who visits here, so as always, I decided to go! Many would describe Juárez as being dangerous and not safe given its location, often associated with illegal immigration and drug trafficking at the US/Mexico border. The border wall is here for all to see. Many visitors to Mexico stick to colonial towns in the south/centre or beach towns because they have this obsession with being SAFE!
