I tried several conservative treatment methods, such as pelvic floor exercises and lifestyle changes, but unfortunately, they didn't provide the relief I needed. After consulting with my healthcare professional, I proceeded with prolapse surgery. I'll be sharing my experience of the surgery, the recovery process, and my progress so far. I'll also provide an update on the specific surgical techniques and technologies used to treat my pelvic organ prolapse.
