Mango Rice recipe is tangy in taste. It Is a wonderful dish that can be served for lunch. You can serve mango rice with spicy potato roast or any kind of vegetable curry with a cup of curd. Enjoy other varieties of rice this summer and try them at your home and serve to your family. INGREDIENTS To Make Mango Rice :- 2 cups rice 1 raw mango medium sized, sobur 1 to 2 sprigs curry leaves 2 to 3 green chilies slit or chopped .1 to 2 red chilies broken salt as needed .4 tsp turmeric (prefer organic) 3 tbsps peanuts or cashewnuts 1 tbsp chana dal or bengal gram .1 tbsp urad dal or skinned split black gram .1 tsp mustard seeds .1 inch ginger piece, chopped or sliced (optional) 3 tbsps oil
