Recent Legislative Updates Effect on Oklahoma Indoor/Outdoor Marijuana Growers

In my last videos, we talked about requirements for indoor and outdoor growth, and now we're going to be talking about what would happen if you own both an outdoor grow and an indoor grow at one location. So according to the newly passed House Bill 2179, which will be effective November 1st, 2022, for a medical marijuana commercial grower that has a combination of both an indoor grow and an outdoor grow at one location, the medical marijuana commercial grows shall be required to obtain separate licenses from the authority for each of the grow operation, and will be subject to the licensing fees provided for both the outdoor grow and the indoor grow.
