Welcome to another beginner build series!! Yes, this series is specifically designed for the newbie to the world of R/C and more specifically to the newbie to the world of Tamiya and the Tamiya Hornet. The Tamiya Hornet is one of the most iconic cars that Tamiya ever produced. For many growing up in the 80's, this is the car that started off their obsession for radio control. So no matter what your age, you are going to find this an absolute blast to build and to drive! So if you are brand new to the world of R/C or have never built a Tamiya kit before, I will walk you through everything from start to finish. In this video we will do Step 17 where we will put together the front arms. This will be a relatively easy step but just remember to use the right spacers. If you've been following along, you know from step 10 this will be very important. Lastly, below is a list of the tools that I would recommend you have on hand. Please note that they are affiliate links which means that if you choose to use any of the links below to buy any of these items, I will earn a little something on the sale so I thank you in advance as it all helps to build and maintain the channel. But please note, you can often find these items at your local hobby store and sometimes, not always, but sometimes the prices might even be cheaper. So before using these links I would recommend seeing if your local hobby store has them in stock. Supporting your local hobby store is preferred in my eyes. Anyway, I can't wait to help you with your build of the Tamiya Hornet! Above all enjoy the process! Doesn't matter if you're fast or slow at building an R/C, what matters is you have fun while doing it!
