Here's a video showing you how to replace the saddles on your guitar bridge. You'll need a Philips screwdriver and a 1.5mm Allen key, and obviously the replacement saddles. I'd highly recommend measuring the existing saddles to make sure you buy ones that are the correct width. After removing the strings, take off the saddles. Put the new ones on and get them looking roughly how the old ones were. It's then time to get some strings on and get it tuned up. Check the tuning open and at fret 12 to make sure it's perfectly in tune. Once it's in tune in those two places, you know the intonation is correct. Next up is the action. As you haven't changed the neck and I'm assuming you're using the same gauge strings, you shouldn't need to adjust the truss rod so it's a matter of raising or lowering the height of the saddles so that they're low enough to feel nice to play but not so low that they buzz. TIP : when raising the saddles, loosen the string that saddle supports or it may snap! Once you're certain nothing buzzes and you're happy with the intonation and action, tune up again to double check and you're good to go.
