Cooking & Durian Vlog! Easy way to make perfect half-boiled eggs. I finally eat Capri and Ang Hae!

What a satisfying day! Durians are everywhere in Penang this week and it looks like the peak of the durian season at the moment. Luckily for me, a few of my friends from Singapore are in town so I had a chance to bring them to Balik Pulau to eat durians at the farm. But before that, I share my method of cooking eggs as I always have to eat some protein before having durians to prevent a sugar spike! Do watch the first half of the video to learn my easy way of making sous vide style soft boiled eggs. We went to Balik Pulau during lunch time, and I had already called Lim Brothers to make a booking last week. Fortunately this time we also had and hae or red prawn durians available, and another variety Uncle recommended which was Choo Choon. And my favorite durian last year, the flavourful Capri was also available! Needless to say we all enjoyed the feast of the King of Fruits!
