Delou Africa, Inc. presents N.I.M.B.A. (New Ideas Make Bold Artists) Cultural Exchange in Guinea, West Africa – December 2024 to January 2025. This transformative experience showcased Delou Africa members, bridging cultural gaps through immersive artistic exchange. Our youngest member, just 10 years old, had the unique opportunity to engage firsthand in this rich cultural experience with Awa Guinean Drums, highlighting our commitment to ensuring traditions are passed down to younger generations. By fostering intergenerational learning, we continue to preserve and celebrate African artistic heritage, ensuring its relevance and vitality for years to come. This program was made possible with the support of the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs and the Cultural Affairs Council, the Miami-Dade County Mayor and Board of County Commissioners.
