Todays Video is a Guided Reality Shifting Meditation with the Alice in Wonderland Method, inspired by Rayven's Nest Meditations (   • Alice in Wonderland Guided Shifting Method...  ) Usually Meditations like this aren't as complex but they have helped me relax a lot so I thought I would share this complex experience. The next Guided Meditations probably won't be as complex though. I hope you enjoy! 💙 If you never shifted before: Reality Shifting looks different for every person. Some people shift for months at a time into another reality meeting new people and enjoying a different life and even though I know most people who are trying to shift Realities want exactly that, keep in mind that Shifting can also mean that you fall into a deep state of relaxation. So if you cannot shift into a Reality and stay there for months be ware that you can be with your Comfort Characters even if you simply relax and spend time with them in your imagination. The key is Selfcare.
