This is a short scenic video with relaxing music to help you destress and relax in just a few minutes. It is filmed with a DJI Air 3s drone. The castle ruins of Rocca Calascio is an amazing place on the top of a mountain in the Gran Sasso National Park in central Italy. I hope you enjoy relaxing to this video. This video is one of my short relaxing mindfulness videos for taking a few minutes to just relax, reduce stress, and to feel the inner peace within you. Just watch and listen. Nothing more. Watch as long as you like or watch the entire 4 minutes. If your mind wanders to the past or the future or something else, just bring it back to the video. The more you practice this the better you will get at it and the more effective it will become. The audio for this video is recorded in surround sound and is best listened to using headphones.
