Against the Storm Gold Seal

Against the Storm is a roguelike citybuilder with meta progression arranged around difficulty and navigating multiple biomes and challenge runs. Each tier of difficulty is capped off by a 'Seal', a challenge run with unique clear conditions and a unique biome. This is my second attempt to clear the Gold Seal, the capstone for the Viceroy difficulty. The Viceroy difficulty carries a 3x hostility modifier and is the gateway to prestige difficulties, which apply a range of other penalties but no longer adjust the hostility conditions of the game.
