(For Stats and Equipments of the Character: 11:21) Well, here it is, the superboss of the game, Star Devourer. It's basically Warped Savior on steroids. However unlike that one, Star Devourer relies on their parts to do something. Without those, they won't be doing anything. Again, Star Devourer always start with Full Burst. Doing so, will destroy his parts in the process, but of course automatic party wipe, unless you have aegis shield or LV.95-99/LV.99 retired members and use Black Mist/Wilting Miasma, then use debilitating ailments like sleep/petrify/paralyze and landed on any of the parts or Star Devourer themselves. Well the rest of the fight is history, as I recorded the whole fight of this boss before, so it's better you watch the full suffering advanced edition video if you want to know how the fight works. For this revisit, we'll be doing the Heavenly Aided Death Edge (again for the second time), as it's the only strategy that will work on low level, and the parts, again, have different resistances and have big HP to kill them. You can even beat this boss even on the pre-max level cap (70), according to the speedrun uploaded in this site, but for the sake of lesser RNG, I'll do 80 instead. So, like in any other videos/strategy site, you either have to land the sleep on first-second turn or you'll fail, remember this is lower than recommended level on fighting this boss. Just do some HP maxing/attack buffs and defense debuffs, and use Sleep Gas with the highest LUC member/s, then don't forget using Aegis Shield on your Brouni member. If it succeeded, proceed to Heavenly Aiding, and debuff more some of defenses and buff more attack, the use Medica IV on either turns(prepping/killing turn). If not, keep trying to land sleep until it lands, and stack more attack buffs, then if succeeded, continue just like in the previous statement. If not again, reset, until you had a run with succeeded sleep, and of course stay asleep for the rest of the turn. And there you go one shotting the superboss of the game. And that concludes the revisit. Overall, I do enjoy this game. And It's still one of my favorite Etrian Odyssey games, aside from Nexus and 3. For now, I still have some games to finish. So this might be the last Etrian Odyssey video for now (but there will be some 2 extras, then no more for now, unless there will be more Dinogator ideas lol.) Well that's all for now. I hope you enjoy!
