qtVlm to Check Starpath Radar Course Exercises

We show that qtVlm can be used to check several exercises from the Starpath Online Radar Course. That course uses PDF chartlets to lay out courses that must then be followed using the Starpath Radar Trainer simulator. We show here that this planning can in some cases be done more easily and precisely using actual ENC charts viewed in qtVlm. The CM93 training charts we used here are long outdated, but the key features in the exercise at hand have not changed. Also note that we state very clearly in the radar course and simulator, that the simulations we offer are not intended to truly represent any real place, so we have to consider this largely a coincidence that it was as close as it was.
