Many of you know that I … am not an empath. I find humans lazy, uninspired, and wildly capable. I believe so much in what they can do, but I believe very little in what they are willing to do. However a few years ago I realized my inability to empathize on a very basic human level and respond appropriately was a major problem and would likely block many things I may want to do in life. Additionally, I genuinely felt bad when I couldn’t connect with someone on an emotional spectrum when they needed me. So I took on the challenge to grow - and here is some of what I have to share from the process! Yes, I know this is basic, I know I'm still not "amazing" at it yet.
