Glenfiddich Distillery: Whisky Tasting Tour | Dufftown, Scotland

We drove from Edinburgh to Dufftown to see the St. Andrews Links golf course, walk around the Balvenie Castle, and taste whisky at the world-famous Glenfiddich Distillery. Despite not being big drinkers, or even big fans of scotch, we took a whisky tasting tour and LOVED it. Glenfiddich is one of the only companies in Scotland that is still owned and operated by the founding family. We got to see inside their facilities and watch whisky being made before our eyes. At the end of the tour, we even to taste a few samples! ---------------------------- WHO WE ARE We are Nicole and Rob. Nicole was born in the Philippines and Rob in Australia, but through the magic of the internet we met each other more than a decade ago and eventually ended up getting married. We moved from Melbourne, Australia to Maastricht, the Netherlands two years ago, taking the leap across continents to see more of Europe.
