We’re extremely excited to release Revival’s first in-house designed and manufactured product - the Type 1 Push Button Switch Housing. We’ve tried the rest of the push button switch housings on the market and each had elements of their design that we weren’t quite satisfied with, so we developed our own that have exactly the look and design we want for our builds. Machined from billet 6061 aluminum, these switch housings are designed and manufactured in our workshop in Austin, Texas, and are available in either 7/8” (22mm) or 1” (25.4mm), 2 or 3 in-line button configurations, natural or black anodizing so you don’t have to worry about scratching and polishing, and have the option for contrast buttons depending on your preference. A momentary contact push button handlebar switch housing engineered to work with a Power Distribution Module, like the Motogadget m-Unit Blue or Basic. Use these to power low voltage applications like lights, turn signals, relays, horns, and starter solenoid relays. At Revival, we’re picky about the details, because let’s face it, the details are what set apart a good build from a great build. We’ve painstakingly put in countless hours designing, prototyping, and developing our own tooling and jigs for machining these switches until they’ve met our high standards. Each housing is designed to butt directly up to a grip, perch or throttle housing without gapping and each button is ergonomically designed for easy access. The housing itself is designed to be the minimum size necessary so you can make your hand controls as sleek and minimal as you desire. A small laser etched Revival logo on one side. Show off your love for Revival or simply flip the housing over and butt the logo up against your controls for a clean, non-branded look. For installation, simply unscrew the buttons, strip your wire, hit it with a little bit of solder, thread the wire through the housing and screw it back in. From there, drill a hole in your handlebars where you want to mount these and another where you need the wires to exit and route to their application (no jig required), and thread the wires through.
