The Bible speaks about three very important faith topics to encourage people to build a strong relationship with God, that is faith, hope and love. I have already spoken about love in my first radio message. Firstly, the definition of faith is, a strong trust in God and a solid conviction in His Word. It is a firm belief that God has given one His personal promise to fulfill something, even though there is no visible proof. Faith has its basis in God's Word and a personal relationship with God. This fills the person's heart with courage and confidence that God loves them and has their best interest at heart. It makes the person secure about their present life and the future. I heard someone say, faith is spelled, RISK. Trusting God or people is always taking a risk of being disappointed. But dare to seek God and get to know Him through the Bible.
