We're back exploring small towns of Montana in "4K City Walks - Big Timber Montana - Small Rail Road Town - Virtual Walking Trails for Treadmill" this week. Big Timber, MT is a town of about 1600 people and lies about 35 miles east of Livingston. The highway (Interstate 90), the Railway, and the Yellowstone River all flow through. There's a small downtown with some historic buildings and the Grand Hotel and Restaurant as well as a couple other places to eat and shop. We start their and make our way over the tracks to the Yellowstone and then back through the residential area with some grand old houses. We had a bit of rain this morning but not too heavy. We hope you enjoy this walk as I take a few minutes to explain why and how I started the channel in the first place. Please feel free to put your questions in the comments below.
